Neighborhoods We Serve in Newport News
Kiln Creek
A popular golf course community in the northern part of the city, Kiln Creek has a mix of well-maintained single-family homes and townhomes. Many were built in the 1990s and are overdue for an attic checkup.
Southeast Newport News
The neighborhoods closest to the water and the historic downtown have some of the oldest housing stock in the city. We see original insulation here and sometimes none at all. These homes respond the best to upgrades.
Near Joint Base Langley-Eustis
A large portion of Newport News homeowners are active military or veterans. We honor your service with discounts of up to 10% and we understand the unique pressures of military home ownership — tight timelines, frequent moves, and properties that sometimes haven’t been properly maintained.
Hilton Village
One of the oldest planned communities in America, Hilton Village’s homes date back to 1918. These beautiful brick and stucco homes along Warwick Blvd were built over 100 years ago with no insulation standards in mind. We approach these homes with care, working to improve performance without affecting the character of the structure.
Denbigh
Newport News’s most populated area, Denbigh has decades of housing spread across hundreds of subdivisions. Homes built in the 1980s and 90s dominate here, and they’re at the age where original insulation is starting to fail. We do a lot of attic work in Denbigh.
Oyster Point and City Center
This commercial and residential hub has seen a lot of new construction over the past 20 years. Newer buildings often have good insulation, but older commercial conversions and office-adjacent residences sometimes got the bare minimum. We assess each property honestly.
